How may I check the status of an order?

If you provided an email address with your order, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please be sure to check your bulk or junk mail folder if you did not receive a shipment confirmation.  You may log into your website account for status updates.

How may I pay for my order?

Orders from RAMethod may be placed using a major credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards may be used as long as the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.

How are my products shipped?

Most of our products are shipped via UPS. If you selected Ground shipping, your order will arrive in about 5–10 business days, via UPS.

Why is my order delayed?

We apologize if your package has not arrived when expected.

The majority of our orders do deliver within the 5–10 business day guaranteed, however sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays in processing and shipping, such as major power outages or adverse weather conditions.

All orders to be shipped within the continental US will receive a confirmation email followed shortly by an email with a tracking # from ups.com.

Why haven't I gotten my order confirmation, shipping confirmation, customer service or newsletter emails?

Spam filtering software may be installed on your computer or used by your email provider or internet service provider. To ensure that you receive our emails, please try one or more of the following:

Add the ramethod.com domain to your email safe list. 

If your settings do not allow you to add email addresses to a safe list, use the Help section or contact your email/internet provider's Customer Support to research your configuration options.

Disable your email filtering SPAM software on your computer.

Check your junk, bulk or spam folder if you feel you are missing an email from ramethod.com. If you did not receive your RAMethod confirmation email, please send an email to info@ramethod.com with your name and order date and the email will be resent.

May I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before it is processed. Because we try to get your products to you as soon as possible, there is a limited time for you to cancel your order. If you made your purchase on our web site, you must cancel that same day by sending an Email with name, order number, and reason for canceling.

If we are not able to cancel your order when you call, it's okay! You still have the 14 day return policy and can email us for return instructions.

How do I return my order?

We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a 14 day return policy.

The return policy starts at the date of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date. Email us within this time period for a return authorization number (RA #) and instructions. Remember that while the cost of product is refundable, shipping and handling are not.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):

1. Email us for an RA# at info@ramethod.com. You will write your RA# on your packing slip.
2. Circle the items you're returning on your packing slip.
3. Box the items you're returning with the packing slip, and attach a mailing label to the box.
4. Return the box using UPS or Fedex only. Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. RA For Men is not responsible for lost packages. Our returns address is:

5. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please allow 30 days to see the refund on your monthly credit card statement.
6. Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-delivery (CODs)are not accepted.
